Most people asking this question have already been quoted three wildly different numbers and have no idea why.

I publish my prices, so I’ll start there and then explain what actually moves them.

The short answer

A sales funnel in India in 2026 costs somewhere between ₹15,000 and ₹3,00,000 depending on what you mean by “funnel.”

That range is useless on its own, so here is what sits inside it.

₹15,000 to ₹40,000 buys a landing page and a thank-you page, usually built on a template in a page builder, usually by a freelancer. You get pages. You do not get an offer, a follow-up system, or anyone thinking about whether the thing converts.

₹40,000 to ₹1,00,000 buys pages plus the plumbing: email and WhatsApp follow-up, CRM tags, payment confirmation. This is where a funnel starts behaving like a system instead of a website. My Starter tier is ₹35,000 and Growth is ₹50,000, which lands in this band.

₹1,00,000 to ₹2,00,000 adds paid traffic management on top. Someone is building the campaigns, watching the numbers weekly, and changing things. My Scale tier is ₹70,000 and Full System is ₹90,000.

Above ₹2,50,000 you are usually paying for a retainer relationship, a team, or a niche where a single client is worth ₹5,00,000 to the business.

What actually changes the price

Four things, in order of how much they move the number.

How many pages the offer needs. A lead magnet needs two pages. A webinar funnel needs a registration page, a confirmation page, a replay page, a sales page, and a checkout. Same builder, five times the work.

Whether the copy is written or borrowed. Copy is the expensive part and the part that decides whether the funnel works. A ₹20,000 funnel almost always means a template with your logo dropped in. Research, positioning, and writing for your actual buyer takes days, and it is the difference between a page that converts at 4% and one that converts at 22%.

Whether automation is included. Most quotes stop at the pages. Then the leads arrive and nobody follows up, and eight weeks later the funnel gets called a failure. The follow-up layer is where a lot of the money goes and it is the layer people cut first.

Whether ad management is bundled. Building a funnel and running traffic to it are separate jobs. Bundling them costs more, and it is the only version where one person is accountable for the result end to end.

What is never included, and catches people out

Ad spend. This one causes more arguments than anything else in Indian agency work.

If someone quotes you ₹1,20,000 for “funnel plus ads,” ask on the call whether ad spend comes out of that. It should not. Your ad spend goes from your card to Meta, on your own ad account, and it is separate from anyone’s fee. In India a realistic starting spend for a funnel that needs to learn is ₹8,000 to ₹12,000 per day, and that money is yours, not the agency’s.

Domain and hosting. Small, ₹1,000 to ₹8,000 a year, but it should be on your account.

Software. GoHighLevel runs about $97 a month, ClickFunnels more, Systeme.io has a free tier. Some agencies host you on their own sub-account, which is convenient right up until you want to leave.

Payment gateway fees. Razorpay and Cashfree take roughly 2% plus GST on each transaction.

The number that matters more than the price

Your average order value.

A ₹90,000 funnel is expensive if you sell a ₹2,000 product and cheap if you sell a ₹60,000 coaching program. At ₹60,000 per client, the funnel pays for itself on client two, and everything after that is margin.

This is why I turn down projects below a certain offer price. If your product sells for ₹5,000, the maths does not work for either of us, and no amount of good funnel building fixes an offer that cannot absorb the acquisition cost.

The honest test: take your product price, multiply by your gross margin, and ask how many sales it takes to cover the build. If the answer is more than about fifteen, either the price is wrong or the offer is.

Why my prices are in rupees

I get asked this weekly. My clients are in India, the UK and the US. Indian clients pay the rupee equivalent by invoice at that day’s rate. International projects are quoted in USD at the point of proposal.

What I would actually tell you to do

If you have never run a funnel, do not start at the top tier. Build the smallest version that tests whether people want the offer, spend ₹8,000 a day on it for two weeks, and look at what happens. That is roughly a ₹35,000 build plus ₹1,12,000 in ad spend, and at the end of it you know something real instead of owning an expensive page.

If the small version works, the money to scale it comes out of the revenue it produced. That is the correct order, and almost nobody does it that way.
