This Privacy Policy explains how Funnel House (“we”, “us”) collects, uses, and protects your information when you visit funnelhouse.in or book a strategy call.
Who we are

What we collect
When you book a strategy call: your name, email, phone number, and business details you share through Calendly.
When you browse: usage data through Google Analytics 4 and Microsoft Clarity. Both set cookies in your browser. Clarity also records anonymised session replays, which capture clicks, scrolling and mouse movement, with text input masked. Browsing alone does not tell us your name, email or phone number.
If we run Meta advertising in the future, we may add the Meta Pixel behind cookie consent.
Why we collect it
To respond to your inquiry, deliver the services you request, and improve the site. We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties for their marketing.

Data retention
Inquiry data is kept for 12 months from the last interaction, then deleted. Analytics data is retained for 3 months.
Your rights
EU/UK visitors: GDPR and UK-GDPR give you the right to access, correct, delete, or restrict processing of your data, and to withdraw consent at any time.
India: the Digital Personal Data Protection Act 2023 gives you similar rights to access, correction, and erasure of your personal data.
India, grievance redressal: our Grievance Officer under the DPDP Act is Ravi Saini, reachable at contact@funnelhouse.in. We acknowledge complaints within 72 hours and aim to resolve them within 30 days. If you are not satisfied with the outcome, you may escalate to the Data Protection Board of India.
California: the CCPA gives you the right to know what we collect, request deletion, and opt out of any sale (we do not sell data).
To exercise any right, email contact@funnelhouse.in. We respond within 30 days.
Cookies
This site sets four cookies when you arrive, before you interact with anything:

We also keep two display preferences in your browser local storage, fh-theme and fh-tpop. Those never leave your device. Calendly sets its own cookies when you interact with the booking widget.
To refuse these today, block cookies for this domain in your browser settings, or email us and we will delete the analytics data linked to your visit. A region-aware consent banner is being built: EU opt-in with equal Accept and Reject buttons, UK analytics opt-out, and an India notice.
