Terms of Service
Last updated: July 18, 2026
By using funnelhouse.in or engaging Funnel House for services, you agree to these terms.
Who we are
Funnel House is a services business operated by Ravi Saini, based in Charkhi Dadri, Haryana, India. We build custom funnels, automation systems, and Meta ad campaigns.
Service scope
Four service tiers: Starter (₹35,000), Growth (₹50,000), Scale (₹70,000), Full System (₹90,000). Exact scope is confirmed on the strategy call and documented in a project brief before work begins.
Indian clients are quoted and invoiced in Indian rupees. International clients are quoted in their own currency at the point of proposal. Payment is invoiced separately and not processed on this website.
Delivery timeline
Standard build time is 14 days from project start (the day we receive full onboarding information and payment). Timelines depend on your responsiveness during reviews.
After delivery: 50 days of active support, then 2 months of weekly optimization calls.
Intellectual property
You own the funnel, pages, copy, and creative we deliver. Funnel House may display anonymized results in our portfolio unless you request otherwise in writing before the project begins.
Liability
Our total liability for any project is limited to the fees you have paid for that project. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.
Results disclaimer
We do not guarantee specific revenue, lead volumes, or conversion rates. Results depend on your offer, audience, ad budget, market conditions, and follow-up. Results shown on this site are from real campaigns, accurate at time of capture; your results will vary.
Refunds
Full refund within 48 hours of payment, provided no work has begun. Once research or build starts, payment is non-refundable. See the Refund Policy.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes are handled in the courts of Haryana, India.

Standard Project Terms — Applicable to Every Project
These terms establish the standard onboarding, delivery, payment, revision, support and communication rules that apply to every Funnel House project.
The applicable proposal, quotation, invoice or written confirmation identifies the purchased scope and commercial amount. These terms apply unless Funnel House expressly approves a different written arrangement.
1. TIME CALCULATION
- Project delivery, support, extensions and billing cycles are calculated in working days.
- Working days are Monday through Saturday.
- Sundays and public holidays are non-working days.
- A scheduled Sunday call does not make Sunday a working day.
- Refund periods are calculated using calendar hours and calendar days.
The first cycle therefore contains forty-five working days: fifteen working days for building and delivery, followed by thirty working days of support and optimisation.
2. PAYMENT, ONBOARDING AND PROJECT START
Work begins after Funnel House receives the required initial payment. Funnel House will then send the onboarding document. The date on which Funnel House sends that document is the Project Start Date.
- The client must complete and return the onboarding document within two calendar days.
- Funnel House may begin preliminary research and business understanding while waiting for the completed document.
- Detailed execution depends on receiving complete information, usable materials, decisions, approvals and required access.
- Payment alone does not mean that Funnel House has received everything necessary to complete the project.
3. FIFTEEN-WORKING-DAY BUILD PERIOD
Funnel House will complete and deliver the agreed core project within fifteen working days from the Project Start Date, subject to the client completing its responsibilities and the exceptions in these terms.
- The period covers research, planning, production, implementation, reasonable testing and first delivery for review.
- Only the purchased and written scope is included.
- The fifteen-day calculation pauses whenever Funnel House cannot continue because it is waiting for the client.
- Client-caused waiting time is not counted as a Funnel House delivery delay.
- Delays outside Funnel House’s reasonable control are governed by the technical-delay section below.
Delivery commitment. The fifteen-day commitment concerns delivery of the agreed work. It does not guarantee any particular commercial, financial, operational or platform result.
4. THIRTY-WORKING-DAY SUPPORT PERIOD
After the standard build period, Funnel House will provide thirty working days of support, monitoring, reasonable optimisation, corrections and minor revisions connected with the original purchased scope.
- The support period begins after the standard fifteen-working-day build period.
- The client must review, test and request in-scope changes during the applicable cycle.
- Unused support time cannot automatically be carried forward, exchanged or refunded.
- Ongoing work after the first cycle requires the applicable recurring payment.
5. FIRST 45-WORKING-DAY CYCLE
- Days 1–15 are allocated to research, building, implementation, testing and delivery.
- Days 16–45 are allocated to support, monitoring, optimisation and in-scope revisions.
- Client delays do not automatically extend the forty-five-working-day cycle.
- Client delays may reduce the effective time remaining for support and optimisation.
- The next billing cycle begins immediately after the first forty-five-working-day cycle ends.
6. CLIENT RESPONSE AND DELAY
The client must normally respond to requests, questions and approval requirements within twenty-four hours and must provide one clear, consolidated response through the agreed channel.
A Client Delay includes:
- Returning the onboarding document late;
- Replying more than twenty-four hours after a required request;
- Missing or not attending a scheduled call without reasonable notice;
- Providing incomplete or inaccurate information;
- Delaying required material, access, approval, feedback, decisions or payment;
- Failing to maintain an account, subscription, balance or permission required for the project;
- Being unavailable because of ordinary personal or professional commitments.
Client Delays pause Funnel House’s affected delivery obligation but do not automatically extend the overall service cycle, move the next billing date, or create a refund or compensation right.
7. CLIENT EXTENSIONS
7.1 Normal discretionary extension
Funnel House may approve an extension of three to five working days where the client communicates a genuine problem promptly. An extension is discretionary, must be confirmed by Funnel House, and may be granted more than once when the circumstances reasonably justify it.
7.2 Medical emergency or unavoidable technical blockage
Funnel House may approve an extension of up to ten working days for a genuine medical emergency or unavoidable technical blockage. The client must communicate the situation promptly. Ordinary workload, travel, forgetfulness or general busyness does not automatically qualify.
7.3 Effect on billing
An extension does not change a billing date unless Funnel House expressly confirms the billing-date change in writing.
8. FUNNEL HOUSE DELAY
If Funnel House directly causes a measurable delay after receiving everything required, the service period will be extended by the same number of delayed working days. A five-working-day Funnel House delay results in a five-working-day extension.
Client Delay and third-party technical delay will not be treated as Funnel House delay.
9. THIRD-PARTY AND TECHNICAL DELAYS
Funnel House is not responsible for delays, interruptions or restrictions caused by external platforms, software providers, account reviews, verification processes, hosting providers, domains, payment systems, messaging systems, integrations, APIs, internet failures, power failures, policy changes or other tools outside Funnel House’s reasonable control.
- Funnel House will continue unaffected work where reasonably possible.
- Blocked work will resume when the required system becomes available.
- The client must accept a reasonable revised estimate for affected work.
- External technical delay does not create an automatic refund, compensation, penalty or service credit.
10. PAYMENT OPTIONS
10.1 Full-payment option
- The client pays 100% before the project begins.
- This is Funnel House’s preferred payment arrangement.
10.2 Split-payment option
- The client pays 70% before the project begins.
- The remaining 30% is strictly due on the tenth working day.
- Funnel House may allow an additional four to five working days where a genuine payment issue is communicated.
- The entire amount must be received within the fifteen-working-day build period.
- Final delivery, publication, transfer and handover require 100% payment.
- Funnel House may pause work for overdue payment without automatically extending the service cycle.
11. TAXES AND DEDUCTIONS
The agreed professional fee is the core amount Funnel House must receive in full. Applicable taxes, statutory amounts and transaction charges are additional unless Funnel House expressly states otherwise.
Where the client is legally required to deduct tax at source, the commercial amount must be handled so that Funnel House receives the agreed core professional fee, subject to applicable law. The client must provide the required certificate and supporting documentation within the applicable statutory period.
12. REFUND POLICY
The refund clock begins immediately when payment is received and is calculated in calendar hours.
12.1 First 48 calendar hours
- If work has not started, the client may request a full refund.
- If research, planning, setup, review or production has started, Funnel House will deduct INR 2,000 and refund the remaining amount.
12.2 After 48 hours and within 96 hours
- A maximum refund of 50% is available.
- The retained amount covers research, work started, planning and reserved production capacity.
12.3 After 96 hours
- No refund is available.
12.4 Non-refundable matters
No refund is available for client delay, incomplete onboarding, missed calls, delayed approvals, unavailable access, change of mind after the applicable window, unused revisions, unused support time, external platform problems, costs already incurred, or work already approved, published or used.
13. DEFERRED OR ABANDONED PROJECTS
13.1 Restart within two months
- A client who postpones the same project after the refund period may restart within two months without an additional restart fee.
- The client must provide at least ten days’ advance notice.
- Restarting is subject to production availability and applies only to the original scope.
13.2 Restart after two months
- A project restarted within six months or one year may require a restart fee between INR 5,000 and INR 10,000.
- The amount depends on elapsed time, required updates, technical changes and the work needed to reopen the project.
- At least ten days’ advance notice is required.
- New requirements and material scope changes are charged separately.
14. REVISION POLICY DURING THE FIRST CYCLE
The client may request multiple reasonable revisions during the first cycle, provided each request remains within the original purchased scope.
- There is no fixed numerical limit for genuine in-scope revisions during the first cycle.
- Multiple revisions do not create a right to instant, overnight or Sunday production.
- Revisions are scheduled according to complexity, workload and technical feasibility.
- A small revision may require two to three working hours.
- A moderate revision may require one or more working days.
- A larger in-scope revision may require approximately three working days or longer.
- Funnel House will provide a reasonable estimate after reviewing the request.
- Instructions must be clear and consolidated. Conflicting or fragmented instructions may cause delay.
15. MINOR AND MAJOR CHANGES
15.1 Minor changes
Minor changes include corrections, replacement of client-supplied material, updates to links or buttons, reasonable layout adjustments, small presentation changes, field corrections, small workflow adjustments and correction of implementation errors within scope.
15.2 Major changes
A complete redesign, rebuilding from scratch, changed objective, changed audience, new structure, substantial rewrite, additional system, platform migration, new concept or work for a different project is not a revision.
Major changes require a separate quotation, written approval, additional payment and a new delivery estimate.
16. RECURRING BILLING AND CONTINUING WORK
- After the first forty-five-working-day cycle, every recurring cycle lasts thirty working days.
- Every recurring cycle must be paid completely in advance.
- The next cycle begins immediately after the previous cycle ends.
- The client must give at least seven days’ notice to cancel the next cycle.
- There is no automatic mid-cycle pause, partial refund or carry-forward.
- Late payment may pause work without automatically moving the billing date.
Continuing work covers reasonable monitoring, support, optimisation and minor changes connected with the existing purchased project. Rebuilding, a new direction, a new project or a material expansion requires additional charges.
17. WORKING HOURS AND RESPONSE TIMES
- Normal working hours are Monday through Saturday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM IST.
- Public holidays are non-working days.
- Sunday calls are available only when scheduled.
- Messages received after 5:00 PM enter the next working day’s queue.
- Funnel House normally aims to acknowledge a message within one to thirty minutes during working hours.
- Where reasonably possible, the maximum normal response target is approximately one working hour.
- Response time is not resolution time. Complex or external technical issues may take longer.
- Meetings and active production may delay an immediate reply.
18. EMERGENCY CONTACT
For a genuine business-critical emergency, the client may call between 8:00 AM and 9:00 PM IST on any day.
An emergency means that active operations are materially blocked, a live system has stopped functioning, an active payment or enquiry path is failing, unexpected expenditure is occurring, or there is a serious security concern. Ordinary revision requests, future planning and general status questions are not emergencies.
Emergency availability does not guarantee immediate resolution where an external provider controls the issue.
19. CLIENT RESPONSIBILITIES
- Return the onboarding document within two calendar days.
- Provide complete, truthful and accurate information.
- Provide usable materials, decisions, permissions and access on time.
- Maintain active accounts, subscriptions, balances and payment methods.
- Appoint one authorised decision-maker.
- Respond and provide consolidated feedback within twenty-four hours.
- Attend scheduled calls or provide reasonable advance notice.
- Review and test the complete work before approving publication or handover.
- Verify all facts, prices, claims, policies, notices and customer-facing information.
- Keep credentials secure and promptly report suspected unauthorised access.
20. CLIENT CONDUCT AND RESTRICTIONS
- The client must not change active work, settings or connected systems without informing Funnel House.
- The client must not publish unfinished or unapproved drafts.
- The client must not provide unlawful, copied, misleading or unauthorised material.
- The client must not share master passwords when safer access methods are available.
- The client must not provide conflicting instructions through multiple people or channels.
- The client must not expect work outside scope, unlimited urgent work, instant revisions, overnight work or unscheduled Sunday production.
- The client must communicate professionally and use the agreed channel.
Funnel House may refuse or pause any instruction that is unlawful, misleading, abusive, unsafe, outside scope or likely to create material technical, security or reputational risk.
21. EXTERNAL COSTS
Every third-party charge is separate from Funnel House’s professional fee and must be paid by the client. This includes advertising expenditure, software, subscriptions, domains, hosting, messaging, transaction charges, paid assets, plugins, integrations and other external costs required for the project.
22. RESULTS AND EXTERNAL DEPENDENCIES
Funnel House will perform the agreed work with reasonable professional skill and care. Outcomes depend on multiple factors outside Funnel House’s control, including the client’s decisions, offer, pricing, market, audience, budget, competition, internal operations, response speed and external platforms.
Funnel House does not guarantee a particular commercial, financial, operational, approval, performance or platform outcome.
23. ACCOUNTS, OWNERSHIP AND HANDOVER
- Funnel House will work through client-owned accounts wherever reasonably possible.
- The client retains ownership and access to its accounts, data and supplied materials.
- Final handover requires complete payment.
- After complete payment, the client may use the final custom deliverables created for the project.
- Funnel House retains its reusable methods, templates, frameworks, prompts, scripts, components, processes and internal tools.
- Editable working files are included only when expressly agreed.
- External assets and software remain subject to their original licences.
- The client must maintain its own copies and backups.
24. CONFIDENTIALITY, DATA AND PUBLIC DISPLAY
Both sides must protect non-public business, technical and customer information and use it only for the project. Information may be disclosed only to people who need it and are subject to appropriate confidentiality, or where disclosure is legally required.
Funnel House may display completed, publicly released work and general non-confidential project information. Funnel House will not publish lead details, customer records, private communications, credentials, private account data or confidential unpublished information.
25. ACCEPTANCE OF DELIVERED WORK
Work is accepted when the client provides written approval, confirms that there is no objection, instructs Funnel House to publish or proceed, begins using the delivered work, or approves movement to the next stage.
Acceptance does not remove Funnel House’s responsibility to correct a genuine implementation defect reported during the applicable correction or support period.
26. SUSPENSION OR DISCONTINUATION
Funnel House may suspend or discontinue work for overdue payment, prolonged non-cooperation, abusive conduct, repeated boundary violations, security risk, unlawful instructions or conduct that creates material technical or reputational risk.
Completed work, work in progress, reserved capacity and committed costs remain payable. After all outstanding amounts are received, Funnel House will provide the completed paid work and a reasonable standard handover.
27. CONCERNS AND RESOLUTION
A concern must first be communicated clearly and professionally. Funnel House and the client will arrange a Zoom call and make a good-faith effort to understand the issue and reach a fair practical resolution.
Both sides should attempt direct discussion before making public allegations or escalating the disagreement.
28. ACCEPTANCE OF THESE TERMS
These terms apply when the client makes payment, approves a proposal, quotation or invoice, receives or returns the onboarding document, instructs Funnel House to begin, approves the purchased scope, or continues receiving work after receiving or being given access to these terms.
Any exception must be approved by Funnel House in writing. Verbal statements and informal expectations do not change these terms.
