GoHighLevel publishes three plans. The number people budget with is the plan price, and the number that arrives is meaningfully larger, because usage is billed separately.

The plan prices, verified July 2026

PlanMonthlyRoughlyWho it suits
Starter$97₹8,100One business, up to two client sub-accounts
Unlimited$297₹25,000Agencies, unlimited sub-accounts, API access
Agency SaaS Pro$497₹41,500Reselling the platform under your own brand

Annual billing takes roughly two months off each tier.

What is billed on top

This is the part that surprises people. SMS, phone calls, email volume and AI features are metered separately from the subscription. Expect the real bill to land meaningfully above the plan price once those are running.

AI features in particular are their own line item rather than being included in the base plan, so a workflow that leans on AI qualification or voice will show up on the invoice.

The India-specific costs nobody budgets

Two things sit outside the platform bill entirely.

WhatsApp messaging. Meta charges per template message delivered, and that is separate from whatever your platform or provider charges. The saving grace is that ordinary replies inside a 24-hour service window are free, and a contact who arrives through a Click-to-WhatsApp ad opens a 72-hour window where all messaging is free.

SMS in India requires DLT registration, which is a one-time administrative process but a genuine delay if you discover it on launch day.

Which plan an Indian agency actually needs

If you are running your own business and nothing else, Starter is enough and the two sub-accounts cover a test client.

The jump to Unlimited is worth it at roughly three paying clients, not before. Paying $297 to hold two clients is a ₹25,000 monthly cost against a small revenue base, and that maths has ended more agencies than bad marketing has.

Agency SaaS Pro only makes sense when you are genuinely reselling the software as a product with its own margin. It is a business model, not a feature upgrade.

How to keep the bill predictable

One last point that matters more than the price: build client work in the client’s own sub-account, and make sure they could take it over. An arrangement where leaving you means losing their funnel is convenient for the agency and indefensible to the client.
