This Refund Policy applies to all services provided by Funnel House.
48-hour refund window
You can request a full refund within 48 hours of payment if we have not started work. Research, strategy, or build activities count as work having started.
After work begins
Once research, strategy, or build work begins, payments are non-refundable. Significant hours are invested at the start of every project and are not recoverable.
If we cannot complete your project for any reason, we refund the unearned portion.
No results-based refunds
We build correctly, test before launch, and optimize weekly. We do not refund based on lead volume, conversion rate, or revenue, since those depend on factors outside our control.
How to request
Email contact@funnelhouse.in within the 48-hour window with your payment reference. Valid refunds are processed within 7 business days to the original payment method.
Payment disputes
Contact us before initiating a chargeback. Most issues can be resolved directly.
